Delivery Details:

Each ton you order is banded to a pallet 4x4x5 feet and weighs 2060 lbs.
All residential deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will have a lift gate and a pallet jack.
The pallet jack must have a smooth, level surface to operate. It many cases the driver is able to bring the pallet into your driveway if you would like them to do so.
Due to the high freight cost associated with rubber products, returns are not accepted.
Guaranteed shipping times, limited access fees, residential delivery, lift-gate service, install and other services are not included unless noted.
The customer is responsible for any detention, storage fees, or other shipping accessorial charges for failure to accept delivery when contacted by the delivering freight company.
Any modification to these terms must be in writing by a sales representative.

Trouble-Shooting

If you are using a Debit card, and your payment fails you may need to contact your bank to authorize the transaction, as many Debit cards have a daily limit.
